Led by our dedicated owner, Charlotte "Aziza" Barker, Laguna Madre Yoga, Meditation & Dance Center offers a diverse range of classes that cater to different interests and abilities. From the soothing and rejuvenating practice of yoga to the profound stillness of meditation, we empower individuals to find their inner balance and cultivate a deeper connection with themselves. Our team of skilled instructors, known as the "9 inspired instructors," brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their teachings. Each instructor is passionate about helping others discover the benefits of these ancient practices and guiding them on their personal wellness journeys. In addition to traditional yoga and meditation classes, we also offer unique experiences such as qi gong and Argentine Tango. These classes provide a holistic approach to well-being, encouraging individuals to explore new movements and embrace their creative expression.
