Eddy Marks is a highly respected senior instructor who brings his unique perspective and expertise to the Iyengar Yoga Center. With a background in dance and movement, Eddy's classes are infused with grace and precision. He emphasizes the importance of alignment and mindfulness, allowing students to deepen their understanding of their bodies and reach new levels of awareness. At the Iyengar Yoga Center of San Diego, we are privileged to have an experienced and diverse teaching team that includes Pat McLoughlin.
