Located in the peaceful neighborhood of Ocean Beach, our center has been offering exceptional Iyengar yoga classes for over 40 years. As experienced Senior Iyengar teachers, Mary and Eddy bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their classes. They have both been certified at the Advanced level, a testament to their dedication and commitment to the Iyengar yoga tradition.
