Our hatha yoga classes cater to all levels, allowing you to deepen your practice and connect with your mind, body, and spirit. Through guided breathwork, asanas (postures), and meditation, you will gain flexibility, strength, and inner peace. If you're looking for a unique and exhilarating experience, our aerial yoga classes are perfect for you. Using aerial hammocks, you'll experience a full-body workout while defying gravity. Aerial yoga helps improve balance, build core strength, and enhance flexibility. It's a fun and creative way to explore yoga from a different perspective. In addition to yoga and aerial yoga, Studio Seva also offers pole and circus classes. These classes provide an opportunity to express yourself artistically, while also building strength and flexibility. We offer a weekly schedule of classes, and while walk-ins are always welcome, we recommend pre-registration to secure your spot, especially for our popular Aerial Yoga and Yoga Rope Wall classes.
