    TriYoga of Cedar Rapids is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing the practice of TriYoga to the community. With a focus on Yoga, Meditation, and Tai Chi, we offer a range of classes suitable for beginners to advanced practitioners. In light of the current situation, our classes are currently being conducted online until further notice. We believe that physical distance should not hinder the pursuit of spiritual and physical well-being. Our online schedule is readily available for you to view and select the classes that best suit your needs. At TriYoga of Cedar Rapids, we are proud to have a team of dedicated and experienced teachers who are passionate about sharing the transformative benefits of TriYoga.
