Located at 801 Bernard St, Bakersfield, California, the Jefferson Park Pool has become a beloved destination for individuals and families alike. Offering a range of amenities such as bike parking, wheelchair accessibility, and a dog-friendly environment, the pool is a testament to our dedication to inclusivity and creating spaces that can be enjoyed by all. Continuing our commitment to enhancing recreational infrastructure, we have actively participated in projects like the Park Design RFP, which aimed to bring positive changes to City Park. This endeavor involved the removal of tennis courts, the possible relocation of t-ball fields, and the addition of much-needed parking spaces, among other improvements. Through our dynamic and forward-thinking approach, Jefferson Park & Recreation District ensures that our parks and recreational areas evolve to meet the needs and desires of the community. Notably, the Aquatic Center in the City of Jefferson, Wisconsin stands as a prime example of our dedication to providing extraordinary aquatic experiences. Featuring a zero-depth pool, a thrilling 148-foot water slide, a spacious wooden sun deck, and a convenient concession stand, the Aquatic Center has become a popular destination for individuals and groups alike. It is available for both individual and group rentals, offering an exclusive experience every Saturday from 5:30-7:30 PM.
