With a presence on over 10 military bases nationwide, we have successfully supported numerous individuals in their journey towards a rewarding and fulfilling career on the road. Founded in 2012, Troops Into Transportation has been committed to bridging the gap between military service and civilian employment. Each year, we provide comprehensive training and assistance to veterans looking to obtain their commercial driver's license (CDL). Our program ensures that veterans receive the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the trucking industry. One of our recent success stories is U.S. Army veteran Gustavo, who completed his training in Ft. Pierce in September and was pre-hired with Trans Solutions. Gustavo praised his experience at Troops Into Transportation's CDL School, stating, "The training was top-notch, and the instructors were highly knowledgeable and supportive. I am grateful for the opportunities that Troops Into Transportation has provided me." Our partnerships are instrumental in achieving our mission. United Way Miami and The CDL School & Troops Into Transportation have joined forces to help individuals in the Miami-Dade community overcome barriers to employment. Through this collaboration, we are making a positive impact on the lives of people in need, ensuring they have access to the training and resources necessary to embark on a new career path. We take great pride in the accomplishments of our graduates. Ondrae Meyers, a 22-year US Marine Corps veteran and Troops Into Transportation graduate, recently won 2nd place in the Transition Trucking: Driving for Excellence Award. This recognition highlights our commitment to providing veterans with exceptional training and support to excel in the trucking industry.
