One of the primary goals of the CEC is to provide accessible and affordable education opportunities to the local community. Adriana's tireless efforts have resulted in the establishment of the Center for Caregiver Advancement (CCA), a program that offers training and education specifically tailored for healthcare professionals. Through the CCA, healthcare workers gain access to a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS), which enables the delivery and tracking of online courses. Additionally, the CCA also facilitates documentation of instructor-led training, ensuring that healthcare professionals stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards and best practices. Adriana's commitment to excellence is displayed through the CEC's current offerings. The St. Mary's Center hosts a range of trainings and workshops, including the RAMP Server/Seller Training, Wastewater Program, Supervisory Skills Series: Course 1, and College courses. These offerings are designed to equip individuals with essential skills and knowledge necessary for personal and professional growth.
