Just as the name implies, Strike First Fitness focuses on self-defense and fitness. Utilizing techniques and movements taken from Krav Maga, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Jujitsu, and a variety of fighting disciplines, we have created the ultimate system for getting fearless and fit. We offer a practical and adaptable system that can be taught anywhere and at anytime. All of our classes are one of a kind and will empower anyone to achieve their goals and transform their life.
