Camp Dates for 2023 We are thrilled to announce the camp dates for the upcoming year. Registration will open on January 10 at 10 am, so mark your calendars! Supporting Campers At Gales Creek Camp, we believe that financial constraints should never hinder a child with type 1 diabetes from attending camp. While our camp fee is set at $550 per camper/week, it is important to note that the actual cost per camper/week exceeds $1,000. Therefore, we rely on the generous support of donors and sponsors to bridge this gap. By contributing to the Gales Creek Camp Foundation, you directly impact the lives of these children and their families, giving them the opportunity to thrive in an inclusive and nurturing environment. Family Camps In addition to our regular camp sessions, we also organize family camps. These camps are specially designed to introduce our youngest campers and their families to the magic of Gales Creek Camp. Parents and siblings are welcome to join their campers with type 1 diabetes for a fun-filled experience that fosters connection and understanding. Camp Fees We understand the importance of transparency when it comes to camp fees. For the 2023 camp sessions, the fee for a full week of camp (5 nights) is $550. For younger campers in grades 2, 3, and 4, there is also an option for a shortened week (4 nights) at a fee of $450. Additionally, we offer a Day Family Camp at an affordable rate, with fees starting at $50 for a family of 2 and $75 for a family of 3.
