Jay and Rose Phillips Early Childhood Center at the Boulder JCC Welcome to the Jay and Rose Phillips Early Childhood Center at the Boulder JCC. We are dedicated to providing a nurturing and enriching educational experience for young children, promoting their development in all areas - social, emotional, linguistic, cognitive, and physical. Our Preschool program is designed to foster a love for learning through play-based activities, allowing children to explore and discover the world around them. With our small class sizes, each child receives individualized attention and support from our experienced and dedicated teachers. At the Jay and Rose Phillips Early Childhood Center, we understand the importance of a flexible schedule for families. That's why we offer enrollment options for 2, 3, 4, or 5 days a week, as well as after-school programs to accommodate various family needs. Our curriculum is carefully crafted to meet the needs of each child, incorporating both secular and Jewish values and traditions. Through engaging activities, children develop their cognitive abilities, language skills, and creativity, while also building a strong sense of community. We believe that every child has a unique set of strengths and interests. Our educators provide opportunities for individualized learning, creating a supportive environment that cultivates each child's innate sense of wonder and curiosity. Our goal is to inspire a lifelong love for learning and empower children to reach their full potential. The Jay and Rose Phillips Early Childhood Center is proud to be a part of the thriving Jewish Community Center in Boulder. Our new state-of-the-art facility allows us to offer enhanced programs, including a dedicated Kindergarten program for children who will be 5 years old by October 1st. With our strong foundation in early childhood education, our Kindergarten program provides the ideal transition into elementary school.
