With years of experience in the industry, Jessica specializes in teaching Private sessions, conducting workshops, and holding Peak Pilates Certification courses. She is widely recognized for her expertise and passion for Pilates. At Pilates Foundations of Texas, we believe in the power of the Pilates method to transform and strengthen the body. Our fully furnished studio is equipped with traditional Pilates equipment, allowing us to offer a wide range of exercises and variations to challenge and engage every muscle group. But that's not all - we also offer Orthopedic Sports Massage Therapy, expertly provided by our owner, KJ Suh. With a background in massage therapy and extensive knowledge of the human body, KJ combines the benefits of massage therapy with Pilates, enhancing your overall well-being and recovery. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive and welcoming environment for all fitness levels.
