F.I.T. is a simple concept. When it comes to fitness, all that is needed is a little bit (or sometimes allot!) of guidance in training. I have been training for a long time and through the years I have come to realize more and more that my role as a personal trainer is to maximize the potential in YOU through commitment, hard work, dedication, faith, and hope that your life can be changed for the better; if you simply train. I have been doing personal training consistently for over 7 years. Through my years of experience, I have recognized that all people’s bodies respond and react differently toward different stimuli and pressure. With that said, I am aware that there is no one size fits all modal to personal training. Every client is programmed differently according to specific goals, needs, personal assessment, etc. Nevertheless, as a training philosophy, I am convinced that full body, dynamic, functional movement training is the best, most efficient, and wholesome method for personal wellness and physical fitness. Every client is conditioned through this method. Through the years I have witnessed some pretty incredible results. Not only aesthetically, but physiologically and functionally. This method performed at varying levels of intensity and difficulty is the right method for anyone’s fitness goals.

The first week of online personal trainng services is always free. After the first free week trial there are two options for pricing. The first option is a month to month supscription that is not on auto-renewel. A month to month subscription to online personal training that is not on auto-renewel is $250 a month. The second option is a subscription that is on auto-renewl. A subscription to online personal training services that is on auto-renewel is $200 a month.

Before developing a personalized online training program it is necesarry to go through a fitness consultation via phone or skype. The consultation is an opportunity for me to talk about fitness goals, learn what resources you have available to you, the location you wish to train at, exercise background, injury history, etc. Then you will receive a free trial week based on the informoation gained from the fitness consultation. The trial week is for clients to become more aquainted with the ins and outs of online personal training. I highly reccomend the first week to anyone who is even slightly interested.

I am a certifief personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. I also have certifications through TRX and Crossfit.

I have been in the fitness industry doing personal training for over 7 years. I got into personal training because of the experience I had as a high school and college athlete with the coaches and trainers who instilled in me the value of fitness. I want to instill that value in others as well.

I have been personal training for a long time and I can honestly say I have worked with clients all across the spectrum. There is no barriar to training that is specific to your situation that will surprise me. That is one of the great benefits of working with a personal trainer. I am a professional that is here to help you navigate through any obstacle and help you successfully get to where you want to be.

Experience is everything. Of course certifications are important as well. I hold a certification from THE most accredited certifing board in the personal training industry. But quality of service and actual know how in the feild through years of experience is the most important factor. Beware of trainers offering cheap services. These trainers often do not have experience or do not see the value in the service they are offering because their own service is not valuable.
