Chef Pasquale Martinelli and his team of kitchen and hospitality professionals plans elegant private Italian dinner experiences for his guests in the comfort of their own home. Each of private dining experiences embraces the leisurely and pleasurable approach to Italian mealtimes. Alloro’s staff performs all the necessary after dinner clean up. He uses a selection of handpicked, sustainable ingredients from some of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania best organic markets as well as ingredients imported directly from his home region in Italy.
