Families First Learning Lab: Empowering Families through Education At Families First Learning Lab (FFLL), our mission is simple - to empower families through education. We are a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to providing knowledge and skill-building opportunities for parents in order to raise healthy, resilient children. Under the leadership of Tami Adams, a seasoned professional with a background in Family Childcare, FFLL has become a trusted resource for families in Missoula and surrounding areas. Tami was the first home childcare provider to become accredited in Missoula by the National Association for Family Child Care. Our comprehensive range of services includes parenting classes, workshops, and opportunities for parents to connect with peers and professionals. Through our parenting classes, our dedicated team of parent educators shares research-based information to equip parents with the tools and strategies they need to navigate the challenges of raising children. We understand that parenting can be both rewarding and challenging. That's why our workshops at FFLL focus on practical parenting and skill building, providing parents with effective techniques and strategies to enhance their parenting skills. Our workshops are designed to be interactive and engaging, ensuring that parents gain valuable tools that they can implement immediately. One of the unique aspects of FFLL is our commitment to creating a supportive community for parents. We provide opportunities for parents to connect with peers and professionals, fostering a sense of belonging and support. We believe that when parents come together, they can learn from one another, share experiences, and find comfort in knowing that they are not alone on this journey. Operating from our central location on E Main St. in Missoula, Montana, we also extend our services to Polson, Ronan, and Pablo.
