Since 1986, Kaneko has made Omaha his home base, becoming an iconic figure within the local arts community. Over the years, he has worked at various experimental studios, including the renowned European Ceramic Work Center in The Netherlands and the Otsuka Omi Ceramic Company in Japan. Kaneko's body of work is diverse and multifaceted, spanning various mediums and genres.
