As the largest and most comprehensive non-profit provider of services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the county, the Arc Ridge Area has a long-standing tradition of excellence. Our mission is to ensure that every individual we serve has the opportunity to live a fulfilling and independent life.
At the core of our organization is a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities. We are proud to introduce Rhonda Sweeney, RN, as the newest addition to our staff. Rhonda has joined the Arc Ridge Area as a Care Coordinator, a one-year, grant-funded position aimed at providing specialized care and support to our clients.
With Rhonda's expertise and experience, we are confident that we can enhance the quality of services we provide to the individuals we serve. Her role as a Care Coordinator will involve coordinating and implementing individualized care plans, advocating for the rights and well-being of our clients, and ensuring that their needs are met.
