Located in Salida, CO, CFI serves as a beacon of support, guidance, and resources for adults seeking meaningful employment opportunities. At CFI, we understand that each individual has unique abilities and aspirations. That's why we offer personalized services to help individuals with disabilities thrive in the workplace. Our team of experienced professionals provides comprehensive case management and training services across 12 counties of the Western Slope. With a deep commitment to advocacy, CFI ensures that individuals have access to the resources and support they need to overcome barriers and achieve independence. We offer personal and systems advocacy, information and referral, peer counseling and support, as well as transitional services. Our dedication to education and skill development is evident through our credit classes at CMC Salida. Through a user-friendly online management system, we facilitate the sharing of course materials, syllabi, and schedules. Students are provided with a combination of in-person scheduled classes and online instruction to enhance their learning experience. In addition to our educational programs, CFI also values documentation and transparency. We utilize the FERC eLibrary system, which allows us to efficiently manage information related to agreements, understandings, contracts, and memoranda of understanding (MOU)/memoranda of agreement (MOA). This ensures that all documents are easily accessible and readily available for review. At the heart of CFI's mission is the belief that every individual deserves the opportunity to pursue their dreams and contribute to their community.
