As the Corporate Trainer, your primary responsibilities will include: 1. Program Development: Designing and creating engaging and interactive training programs for employees at all levels. These programs will focus on developing essential skills, enhancing product knowledge, promoting teamwork, and fostering a positive work environment. 2. Training Delivery: Facilitating training sessions through various mediums such as classroom sessions, e-learning modules, webinars, and workshops. You will utilize your exceptional communication and presentation skills to ensure a dynamic and effective training experience. 3. Performance Monitoring: Assessing the effectiveness of training programs and identifying areas for improvement. You will conduct regular evaluations, gather feedback from participants, and implement necessary modifications to optimize training outcomes. 4. Training Management: Collaborating with department heads to identify specific training needs and develop tailored programs to address them. You will coordinate logistics, schedule training sessions, and ensure all employees have access to the necessary resources and materials. 5. Training Administration: Maintaining accurate training records, updating training manuals and materials, and managing the learning management system to ensure a streamlined training process. QUALIFICATIONS: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience in designing and delivering training programs in a corporate setting. - Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficient in learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools. - Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
