Welcome to the Colorado Therapeutic Riding Center Colorado Therapeutic Riding Center (CTRC) is a premier provider of Equine-Assisted Activities and Therapies (EAAT) in Longmont, Colorado. Our mission is to improve the lives of individuals with physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges through the power of horses. At CTRC, we offer a range of therapeutic services to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our EAAT services include therapeutic riding, equine-assisted therapy, ground lessons, and specialized programs for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their siblings. One of our notable initiatives is the Paint the Pony campaign, which was launched in *information hidden*This program allows individuals and organizations to rent our ponies for various events, such as guided fly fishing trips and outdoor sports activities. It provides a unique opportunity for individuals to interact with our gentle and well-trained horses, fostering a sense of connection and joy. Located on HWY 52 next to the Tree Farm, our facility offers a peaceful and picturesque environment where individuals can engage in equine-assisted activities and therapies. Our team is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care and support, ensuring a safe and enriching experience for all participants. CTRC is also proud to have a dedicated group of volunteers who play an integral role in our programs. Whether you have previous horse experience or not, if you have a level of comfort with horses, you can become a lesson volunteer. By joining our team, you have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients and experience the transformative power of equine therapy firsthand.
