At Kingston Aikido, we have recently relocated to our new dojo at 59 Oneil St. in Kingston. With our modern and spacious facility, we provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for students of all ages and experience levels. Led by our dedicated instructor, Brian Mizerak, a seasoned Aikido practitioner with over three decades of experience, Kingston Aikido is committed to delivering high-quality instruction. Brian began his Aikido journey in 1983 and has been sharing his knowledge and passion as an instructor since *information hidden*Holding the rank of 6th degree black belt and the prestigious title of Shihan, meaning master instructor, Brian brings a wealth of expertise and insight to each class. Whether you are a beginner looking to explore the world of Aikido or an experienced practitioner seeking to deepen your skills, our class schedule is designed to accommodate various lifestyles. We offer classes on Sundays from 10:00am to 11:15am and Tuesdays from 5:30pm to 6:45pm. Our dojo opens 30 minutes before each class, allowing ample time for warm-ups and individual practice.
