During the Spring Semester of 2020, St. Francis Prep offered a Driver Education course that provided students with 24 classroom hours of instruction. This comprehensive program aimed to instill a strong foundation of driving knowledge and principles in each student. The course was carefully designed to not interfere with the school day, allowing students to fulfill their academic responsibilities while participating in the program. Furthermore, in Fall 2021, St. Francis Prep introduced a remote lecture format for the Driver Education program. This innovative approach enabled students to engage in classroom lectures from the comfort of their own homes. By embracing technology, St. Francis Prep ensured that students could continue their driver education while adapting to the changing circumstances. St. Francis Prep is constantly evolving and adapting its programs to meet the needs of its students. In Summer 2022, the Driver Education program will be conducted over six weeks, with 90 minutes of in-car instruction per day complemented by online lecture assignments. This intensive and immersive experience will empower students to gain real-world driving experience and deepen their understanding of road safety. For those seeking to enroll in Driver Education at St. Francis Prep, the Fall 2021 application is now open.
