PBIS/SEL Lead Teacher, Yolanda Barrios, leads our campus-wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) programs. By promoting positive behavior and equipping students with essential social and emotional skills, we empower them to make responsible choices, cultivate healthy relationships, and become confident, well-rounded individuals. Tarin Barrow, one of our experienced Math Teachers, brings her passion for mathematics to the classroom. With innovative teaching methods and a student-centered approach, she inspires her students to embrace the challenges of numbers, problem-solving, and logical reasoning. Tarin strives to instill a love for mathematics that transcends the classroom and prepares her students for success in higher-level math courses. Valerie Brandon, our dedicated English Language Arts Teacher, ignites a love for literature and language in her students. Through engaging lessons, interactive discussions, and creative writing assignments, she encourages her students to explore different genres and express their thoughts and ideas with confidence. Valerie's goal is to empower her students with the communication skills necessary for success in academia and beyond.
