Claudia Aguilar serves as an Instructional Specialist, supporting our students and teachers in achieving academic success. Ruth Aguilar is a 5th Grade Dual Language Immersion teacher, imparting knowledge and instilling a love for learning in her students. Karen Aguilera brings her expertise as a Speech Language Pathologist, enabling students to develop effective communication skills. As part of Canby School District, Trost Elementary School offers a comprehensive ODOT Driver Education Program. This program provides training for aspiring drivers and prepares them to become responsible and safe drivers. Our instructors undergo rigorous training and certification to ensure that our students receive the best driver education possible. The Canby community is proud of Dezmoree Johnson, who serves as an SLPA at Canby High School, providing invaluable support to students with speech and language needs. Heather Johnson, our dedicated High School Counselor, nurtures and guides our 9th-grade students as they transition into their high school journey. Heather is also an English Language Development teacher, helping students excel in their language skills. At Trost Elementary School, we value the importance of collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking.
