In addition to our online support groups, we also organize quarterly summits, where foster parents can come together to network, share experiences, and learn from experts in the field. These summits provide a wealth of knowledge and resources, helping foster parents stay informed and equipped to meet the ever-changing needs of the children in their care. Foster/Adopt North Carolina is a movement that works hand in hand with Foster Friends of NC. Together, we aim to save shelter animals from euthanasia and provide a convenient and consistent list of available foster and adoptive families in North Carolina. By connecting potential pet owners with foster/adopt opportunities, we strive to find loving homes for animals in need. At SAYSO Inc., located in Greensboro, NC, Foster Friends of NC is proud to contribute to the Handle with Care for Kids initiative. We thank our supporters for generously donating pillows, bedroom, and bathroom sets, which are essential in providing comfort and stability to youth in foster care. The partnership between Foster Friends of NC and SAYSO Inc. plays a vital role in supporting and advocating for our youth. We recognize the importance of having a strong support system for families, caregivers, and the community in Guilford County, NC.
