Based in Rochester, NY, Maureen has been teaching ballroom dancing in the area for an impressive 28 years. Whether you are a beginner or advanced dancer, MoDancing offers a range of classes and private lessons to suit your needs. At MoDancing, we believe that dancing is not just about learning the steps, but also about the joy of dancing, having fun, and making new friends. We take pride in creating a warm and welcoming environment where students of all ages and skill levels can come together to learn and enjoy the art of ballroom dance. Maureen offers a variety of dance classes, including group sessions and private lessons, ensuring that you have the option to learn in a way that suits your learning style. If you have a special occasion coming up, such as a wedding, Maureen also provides specialized wedding dance lessons to help you impress your guests with your dance moves. In addition to regular classes and lessons, MoDancing hosts special events throughout the year. One of the highlights is our monthly Tea Dance, held at the Highland Hall in Rochester. These delightful dances take place on the first Sunday of each month from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. It's a wonderful opportunity for dancers to come together, enjoy great music, and practice their skills in a relaxed setting. MoDancing is not only committed to providing exceptional dance instruction, but we also value the importance of building a strong dance community.
