In 1984 I designed and built a highly energy efficient, award winning ultra "Air-Tight" (non-"breathing") home during my then wife's first pregnancy. Extreme health challenges for both child and mother followed that lead to my research of how to build safe, "Breathing", Non-Toxic Homes.

Mostly clients with Chemical Sensitivities, families with chemically sensitive relatives and/or children and highly educated clients with a "preventive" perspective on avoiding toxic overloads in their personal living environments

Consulting and re-design for a 2062 sf flooded, mold infested home in Key Biscayne Florida--so far have ~30hrs in the project--expected completion of detailed plans and specializations to add another *information hidden*hrs.
