Charlie Schaeffer brings years of experience to his role as a Building Engineer at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. Based in the Bronx, New York, Charlie is responsible for the construction, installation, service, and maintenance of HVAC systems in our state-of-the-art facilities. With his expertise in heating and air conditioning, Charlie ensures that our buildings are comfortable and conducive to learning and creativity. In addition to our commitment to arts education, Lincoln Tech's HVAC school in Union, New Jersey has been granted the prestigious six-year HVAC Excellence Accreditation. This recognition highlights our dedication to providing top-notch training in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Students who enroll in this program can expect to receive expert-led training that prepares them for successful careers in this essential industry. Looking beyond traditional arts education, Lincoln Tech's Mahwah campus offers expert-led training in automotive and skilled trades. These programs have been carefully designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in vital industries. For over 25 years, our Mahwah campus has been the destination for ambitious individuals seeking rewarding careers across various fields. In our continuous effort to enhance the Lincoln Center experience, we are excited to announce a renovation of the western edge of our campus on Amsterdam Avenue. This transformative project aims to create a more welcoming and accessible environment for all visitors. We believe that by reimagining this space, we can further enrich the Lincoln Center experience and provide an even better platform for the arts to flourish. In response to the challenges posed by the pandemic, Lincoln Center Theater's education program, Open Stages, has adapted to the new norm by finding innovative ways to connect and engage high school students. Through virtual platforms like Zoom School, we have created a unique pipeline that brings theater education directly to the students, providing them with enriching experiences and opportunities to explore the world of performing arts.
