Ada Canyon Medical Education Consortium: Enhancing Medical Education in Idaho's Treasure Valley Ada Canyon Medical Education Consortium (ACMEC) is a renowned organization established in 1971 with a noble mission to enhance patient care in Idaho's Treasure Valley. With our focus on providing high-quality continuing medical education (CME) for physicians, ACMEC has become a trusted resource for medical professionals in the region. Located in the heart of Boise, Idaho, our corporate office at 305 W Jefferson St serves as the central hub for our operations. With a dedicated team of four employees, we strive to deliver exceptional educational opportunities that empower physicians to stay ahead in their medical practice. At ACMEC, we believe that continuous learning is essential for maintaining the highest standards of patient care. That is why we collaborate closely with our partners to provide an impressive range of CME instructional programs. Collectively, we offer close to 1,500 hours of CME instruction each year, enabling physicians to accrue over 22,000 individual credit hours. This commitment to excellence has earned us accreditation from the Idaho Medical Association and the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education. Our director, Dave Mueller, plays a pivotal role in guiding the strategic direction of ACMEC. With a wealth of experience in medical education, Dave brings a deep understanding of the evolving needs and challenges faced by healthcare professionals. Under his leadership, ACMEC continues to explore innovative approaches to deliver impactful, relevant, and engaging educational programs.
